  • Clear photographs of the damaged item
  1. Once we receive the return request and inspect the item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method, excluding any shipping charges.

  3. We aim to deliver products within 5 to 10 days from the date of order placement.
  4. Orders placed before 05 PM (Indian Time) will be dispatched the next business day.
  5. Our warehouse operates from Monday to Saturday during standard business hours, except on national holidays. In such cases, we take measures to minimize shipment delays.

  10. Damaged Parcels
  11. If you discover that a parcel is damaged in transit, we recommend the following steps:
  • If possible, reject the parcel from the courier.

  • Provide details of the damage and, if available, photographs of the damaged parcel and contents.
