- Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs may apply to certain orders and shall be borne by the customers. The applicable shipping charges will be displayed during the checkout process.
- Returns
- We accept returns of damaged products within 1 day of delivery. To initiate a return, customers need to send an email to icraftyworld@gmail.com with the following information:
- Order number
- Description of the damage
- Clear photographs of the damaged item
- Once we receive the return request and inspect the item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method, excluding any shipping charges.
- Delivery Timeframe
- We aim to deliver products within 5 to 10 days from the date of order placement.
- Orders placed before 05 PM (Indian Time) will be dispatched the next business day.
- Our warehouse operates from Monday to Saturday during standard business hours, except on national holidays. In such cases, we take measures to minimize shipment delays.
- Address Changes

- Tracking Information
- Upon dispatch, customers will receive tracking information that enables them to monitor the shipment's progress based on the latest updates provided by the shipping provider.
- Damaged Parcels
- If you discover that a parcel is damaged in transit, we recommend the following steps:
- If possible, reject the parcel from the courier.

- Provide details of the damage and, if available, photographs of the damaged parcel and contents.
